The Operations Associate will apply analytical and project management skills to the ongoing management of in force policies. This position does not require insurance industry experience, but a candidate must be comfortable in not only structuring and managing projects, but also analyzing data and facilitating solutions in different subject areas. A candidate can expect to grow knowledge in the following:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in the field of finance, business administration, or computer science.

Base salary/hourly rate range for this position in Connecticut is between $70,000 and $95,000. Please note that specific compensation decisions are based upon a variety of job‑related factors as permitted by law, including geographic location, credentials, skills, education, training, and experience. Base salary is just one component of Wilton Re’s total compensation package for employees. Additional compensation includes annual performance‑based bonus, 401(k) with employer contribution, and profit‑sharing program. Employee may also be eligible for long‑term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
