Wilton Re Ltd. is seeking an Operations Associate to support in-force policy management, data analysis, and cross-functional project work in our Norwalk, CT office. The role blends operations with project delivery and requires comfortable handling multi-source data and reporting.

The position emphasizes process improvement, SLA oversight, and collaboration with partners to refine procedures while growing knowledge of life insurance operations. Hybrid work is available in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced operational environment with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• In Force Management: manage ongoing insurance policies and reports (70%).
• Determine frequency and content of financial and non-financial reports; identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate to refine policies and procedures for administration.
• Contribute to internal and external reporting and board materials.
• Oversee third-party operational services and SLA monitoring.
• Project Management: break down scope, create plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage project lifecycle and communicate expectations to stakeholders.
