Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in securities operations, middle office, or related roles; emphasis on trade capture, matching, settlement, and corporate actions.
• Asset class knowledge: equities, fixed income, and complex assets; private markets a plus.
• Process improvement: proven automation across trade lifecycle processes.
• Technology & Data: OMS/TMS, data analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in Trade Capture, Lifecycle Management & Confirmation, including training and development.
• Ensure accurate capture of trading activity across asset classes.
• Oversee end-to-end trade lifecycle: Capture → Pre-matching → Trade Matching → Trade Confirmation → Settlement.
• Monitor trade status, resolve exceptions, coordinate with Front Office and other departments.
• Drive AI/automation projects to improve workflow efficiency and timeliness.
