Qualifications

• Strong experience in equity derivatives and middle office operations.

• Experience enabling new products or changing front-to-back operating models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Equity Derivatives Middle Office in New York across trade support, validation and lifecycle management.
• Partner with front-office to resolve complex business challenges.
• Drive new business enablement and assess front-to-back impacts of initiatives.
• Lead front-to-back solutions coordination across products and functions.
• Contribute to Equity Derivatives Operations strategy and drive transformation.
• Drive automation and data-led improvements to reduce manual processes.
• Define requirements with Technology and other functions.
