This role emphasizes people development, collaboration, and aligning technology with business goals, with a focus on delivering digital experiences for financial professionals and customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire IT teams through coaching, talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute IT strategies that support organizational priorities
• Direct technology initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage technology to improve processes and customer experiences
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders to align technology solutions with strategic objectives
• Oversee IT resource planning, budgeting, and investment decisions
• Establish IT governance, security, compliance, operational standards, and best practices
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technology risks
• Foster a collaborative, learning culture that encourages innovation and accountability
