Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology vendor management or related roles.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and renewal planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and performance management for assigned technology vendors.
• Coordinate RFI/RFP activities and contract lifecycle support.
• Monitor vendor risks and ensure regulatory compliance and governance alignment.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries and communications for stakeholders.
