Job summary

HealthEquity seeks a senior security leader to own the enterprise IAM strategy in a zero-trust, cloud-first organization. You will serve as the company’s most senior voice on identity and governance, shaping programs at scale.

In this role, you will lead IGA, PAM, and non-human identity programs, treating identity as a product, and drive continuous compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, and SOX while partnering with internal and external auditors.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of security experience.
• 5+ years leading IAM teams.
• Deep expertise in IAM platforms and identity standards (OAuth, SAML, FIDO2).
• Experience with zero trust and cloud-first architectures.
