Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors seeks an AVP, Business Line Marketing & Growth to drive enterprise-wide growth for private wealth and institutional client segments. You will partner with Business Line Leaders, Sales and enablement, and lead Marketing Managers while ensuring high-quality execution across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in enterprise or financial services.
• Proven track record leading managers in a matrixed environment.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior marketing partner to Business Line Leaders and Sales.
• Lead planning and execution of enterprise and business-line marketing initiatives.
• Manage Marketing Managers, set priorities and ensure quality.
• Collaborate on integrated go-to-market campaigns across channels.
• Support both institutional and private client marketing strategies.
• Establish clear success metrics and report results to senior leadership.
