Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is a leading wealth management and advisory firm with a nationwide footprint, seeking an AVP of Business Line Marketing & Growth to drive growth across private and institutional segments. You will partner with Business Line Leaders, Sales, and Sales Enablement and manage Marketing Managers to ensure consistent execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience supporting institutional and private client audiences.
• Demonstrated success managing and developing people, preferably managing managers in a matrixed environment.
• Strong strategic marketing background with the ability to translate complex business goals into actionable plans.
• Proven execution skills with experience leading multiple initiatives under tight timelines.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales and Sales Enablement teams.
• High level of comfort working cross‑functional and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Financial services or professional services experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise & Business Line Leadership: serve as the senior marketing partner to Business Line Leaders and align marketing with revenue goals.
• People Management & Team Leadership: directly manage multiple Marketing Managers and set standards across the team.
• Strategy-to-Execution Ownership: lead planning and execution of enterprise and business‑line marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Institutional & Private Client Marketing: support marketing across institutional and private client segments under a cohesive firm narrative.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with SVP and leaders to align offerings with the firm’s services and operating model.
• Performance, Metrics & Optimization: establish success metrics and report results to senior leadership.
