Victoria's Secret & Co. in New York is seeking an AVP Production & Sourcing Operations to lead enterprise-level process design, governance, transformation, and capability building across the product creation process.

The AVP will establish and evolve the common PDP operating framework while preserving flexibility for different brands and product types, driving dashboards, AI-enabled capabilities, and performance reporting to accelerate speed and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual and multi-year planning, prioritization, and portfolio management globally.
• Prepare decision briefs, recommendations, and leadership materials for executives.
• Translate business needs into improved processes and new capabilities to speed product creation.
• Create and maintain enterprise dashboards, reporting, and AI-enabled design insights.
• Pilot, implement, and scale improvements with measurable results and clear adoption barriers.
• Design and evolve the PDP operating model, governance forums, and escalation routes.
• Define clear PDP decision requirements with evidence and accountable owners.
• Maintain an integrated view of PDP pathways, initiatives, and risks across brands and regions.
• Identify cross-brand dependencies, escalate barriers, and propose actionable recommendations.
• Develop PDP standards, playbooks, and scalable practices.
• Align with Brand Operations to map responsibilities and handoffs to enterprise priorities.
• Build a concise executive view of PDP performance across key metrics.
• Lead dashboards, scorecards, risk summaries, and leadership materials.
• Identify trends and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure consistent definitions and messages across leadership reviews.
• Coordinate executive preparation for enterprise and brand meetings.
• Shape communications for leadership updates and stakeholder engagements.
• Connect enterprise strategy with functional priorities and outcomes.
• Lead the PDP transformation portfolio and translate opportunities into future-state processes.
• Integrate roadmaps across product development, production, data, and AI capabilities.
• Apply structured problem solving to cross-functional challenges.
• Monitor progress, adoption, and risks with clear mitigations.
• Lead experimentation and scaling with successful pilots.
