Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Manager, International FP&A to lead financial analysis, planning, and decision support across the International portfolio.

This role drives forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning while translating results into actionable insights for senior leadership. You’ll partner with international business units and corporate functions, coordinating with the US and UK JV Finance teams to improve forecast accuracy and financial accountability.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of finance, accounting, or FP&A experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Advanced degree, CPA, or MBA preferred.
• Experience in retail, consumer products, or apparel is a plus.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into concise, actionable insights.
• Strong business partnership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience improving financial processes, reporting, or planning capabilities.
• Strong presentation skills; experience with senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SAP, Hyperion, MSI or similar systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Analyze International financial performance and provide insights into key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead portfolio-level forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Develop executive-level reporting and commentary linking results to commercial drivers.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates for senior management.
• Support earnings prep and external reporting with international analysis.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and strategic recommendations.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for International home office expenses.
• Partner with international units and cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between US teams and UK Joint Venture Finance team.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate planning and reporting processes.
