Victoria’s Secret & Co. seeks a strategic Demand Planning & S&OP Process Lead to own the demand forecast and lead end-to-end S&OP across Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, Finance, Production Planning, Regional Supply Planning, and D&D.

The ideal candidate will strengthen forecasting tools, governance, and cadence, driving cross-functional alignment and timely decisions with a focus on actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, economics, statistics or related field.
• 7–10+ years in demand planning, S&OP, forecasting, or related planning roles.
• Experience leading S&OP processes and cross-functional cadences.
• Advanced forecasting methods, trend and scenario planning.
• Ability to influence across functions and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand forecast for assigned categories and channels.
• Strengthen governance and cadence with cross-functional sign-offs.
• Align demand with financial targets and performance outlooks.
• Identify drivers and translate into forecast logic and actions.
• Lead end-to-end S&OP process with calendar, inputs, and decisions.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning on capacity and material constraints.
• Develop scenarios and communicate implications to leadership.
• Improve tools, data quality, and automation for S&OP cycles.
