Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a senior leader to oversee PINK Production & Sourcing, spanning product development and global planning for apparel, intimate apparel, swim, and accessories. You will align brand strategy with sourcing, manufacturing, and cost goals to drive speed, quality, and profitability.

Across US-based teams and Asia partnerships, you’ll shape calendars, governance, and risk management while advancing digital, AI, and analytics to elevate product creation and supply chain

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of progressive leadership experience in apparel product development, production planning, costing, production, sourcing partnership, or supply chain.
• Ten or more years of experience leading global, multi-regional, cross-cultural teams.
• Proven success leading high-volume apparel businesses with fast cycles and broad price points.
• Deep apparel expertise in intimate apparel, active, swim, or technically complex categories.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the future-state product creation and production planning strategy for PINK in partnership with Brand President and cross-functional leaders.
• Translate priorities into an integrated roadmap supporting growth, speed, quality, and margin.
• Lead the U.S.-based Product Development organization across apparel, intimate apparel, swim, and accessories.
• Own development calendar governance from concept through pre-production with clear milestones.
• Collaborate with Asia-based sourcing and production teams to align capacity, cost, and readiness.
• Drive cost leadership and value engineering while protecting product attributes customers care about.
• Build operating models enabling fast-cycle fashion, collaborations, and licensed products.
• Champion AI, digital product creation, and analytics to transform development and planning.
