Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Planner in New York to lead supply chain planning, costing, and on-time delivery for selected categories.

The role acts as a trusted advisor to internal partners and external vendors, requiring meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will manage component and finished goods inventory, oversee S&OP with vendors, ensure OT&C accountability at 95%+, and collaborate to accelerate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 3–5 years of production planning, supply chain, or inventory management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or consumer goods/retail preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage component inventory and finished goods; order and track material flow.
• Lead S&OP processes between vendor and Victoria’s Secret Beauty.
• Ensure OT&C accountability is at 95% or higher with vendors and cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate timely delivery of finished goods and prioritize production with vendors.
• Expedite shipments or production to meet speed initiatives.
• Conduct capacity planning for short- and long-term horizons.
• Issue purchase orders for components and finished goods; negotiate terms.
• Communicate launch forecasts and mid-range receipt plans with partners.
