Victoria’s Secret & Co. seeks a visionary Director, Business Analytics to lead information data management, analytics tooling, and AI-driven improvements across Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain. You will balance technical depth with business strategy and executive communication.

The role requires overseeing global analytics, mentoring teams in the US and Asia, and delivering scalable BI solutions while advancing data governance and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15 years of experience in a similar role focusing on data management, custom tools and transformative technologies.
• Demonstrated interest and experimentation in generative AI and other emerging technologies to transform supply chain operations.
• Technical expertise including data analysis, data mining, machine learning or hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Strong understanding of database design and data governance.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools: MicroStrategy, Sigma, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience leading projects with moderate/advanced complexity.
• Retail and Fashion Apparel Industry familiarity a plus.
• Strategic, analytical thinker with problem-solving, proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Align BI data and tool requirements with business strategies, ensuring scalable infrastructure.
• Bridge data insights with decision-making through clear communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify information flow gaps, data opportunities and process efficiencies.
• Develop a roadmap to integrate data from different business applications across the supply chain.
• Coach and mentor global analytics resources across US & Asia to promote best practices.
• Oversee analytics tools and data quality; lead AI and machine learning initiatives across operations.
• Define KPIs with Supply Chain leadership to measure impact.
• Provide cross-functional teams with ready access to information and reporting.
