Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
• MBA with concentration in Finance, CPA or CFA preferred.
• 15+ years of overall professional experience required with strong financial analysis skills supporting a business unit.
• 5+ years of broad Claims finance experience in support of operations preferred.
• Experience with financial planning and forecasting, expense analysis, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.
• Experience developing workforce, volume, expense, or other driver-based financial models preferred.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior financial and business leaders and providing analysis that supports business decisions.
• Experience presenting complex financial and operational information to senior management in a clear and straightforward manner.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support Claims leadership and VP FP&A Business Partner.
• Drive annual planning and quarterly forecasting with Claims stakeholders and Finance leadership.
• Analyze workforce modeling, expenses, operating metrics and KPIs to inform decisions.
• Coordinate with Finance and Claims partners to understand drivers of financial performance.
• Present complex financial data to senior management with clear business storytelling.
