Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 15+ years of related experience preferred.
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong background in financial and budgetary matters; knowledge of group benefit products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Finance team and oversee financial processes for growth and profitability.
Provide financial projections, analysis, and reserve valuation.
Oversee financial reporting and internal/external communications of results and drivers.
Drive process efficiencies and analytic improvements across the function.
Partner with other functions to enable enterprise strategy.
Manage capital, ALM and other financial models to support business.
Develop talent and leaders; build bench strength within the team.
