Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Excess Casualty underwriting experience
• Must have E&S underwriting experience
• Strong Excess Casualty or Specialty Casualty background
• Established relationships within the wholesale brokerage community
• Proven track record of growing and managing a profitable book of business
• Strong production mindset and broker development experience
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience working closely with wholesale brokers and producers
