The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of Excess Casualty underwriting experience, with E&S background and a proven track record of profitable growth in a competitive market.

• Experience with E&S underwriting is required.
• Strong background in Excess Casualty or Specialty Casualty.
• Established relationships within the wholesale broker community.
• Track record of growing and managing profitable book of business.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation and relationship skills.

• Strong production mindset and broker development experience
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience working closely with wholesale brokers and producers
