Job summary

University of Florida seeks an Assistant Vice President and University Registrar (AVP) to lead the registrar operations within Enrollment Management. The AVP reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Strategy and will steward academic records, registration services, degree certification, and catalog administration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher with six years' experience or bachelor's degree with eight years' experience.
• Progressive leadership experience in a university registrar's office managing records, registration, curriculum, scheduling and SIS functions.
• Experience contributing to strategic planning and policy development in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for registrar operations and enrollment management initiatives.
• Oversee academic records administration, registration services, and degree certification.
• Lead data governance, reporting, analytics, and decision-making support.
• Collaborate across Academic Affairs, IT, Institutional Research, and Student Life.
• Drive organizational change, process improvement, and technology transformation.
