North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro seeks an Associate Vice Provost for Strategic Enrollment Management to lead the university’s comprehensive enrollment strategy, including recruitment, financial aid, and student onboarding through degree completion.

This senior role requires data-informed planning, cross-unit collaboration, and a proven track record of advancing access, persistence, and completion in higher education; the AVPSEM reports to the Provost and partners with Academic

Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education administration, student personnel, or a related field.
• Eight+ years of progressively responsible senior-level administrative experience in enrollment management or student services in higher education.
• Proven success in strategic enrollment planning including recruitment, financial aid coordination, and retention initiatives.
• Ability to lead, manage, and develop teams in a complex organizational environment.
• Strong analytical skills with data-informed decision-making and outcomes assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets and organizational resources.
• Working knowledge of student information systems and enrollment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the university's enrollment strategy and coordinate recruitment, financial aid, and onboarding initiatives.
• Drive enrollment goals through data-informed planning and cross-unit collaboration with Academic Affairs and leadership.
• Lead a coordinated enrollment enterprise and initiatives to improve access, persistence, and completion.
• Report to the Provost and advise on enrollment strategy and institutional priorities.
