Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with insurance products or relevant industry experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading and developing teams; strong leadership required.
• Proven experience in strategic program management and operational execution.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align strategies with priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to SVP and EB Claims leadership, translating vision into action.
• Foster continuous improvement and drive transformation initiatives across EB Claims.
• Collaborate with Optimization, Finance, and Workforce teams to monitor investments and impact.
• Communicate EB Claims strategies to stakeholders and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Represent EB Claims in customer/broker engagements and internal/external partners.
• Lead cross-functional projects spanning EB Claims to drive organizational success.
• Develop materials for executive meetings and partner briefings.
