The MTA Construction and Development (C&D) Department seeks an Assistant Vice President, Program Executive (Digital Implementation Office) to lead organizational change management for the agency’s digital transformation. Located in the President’s Office, this role will oversee PMIS development and the Digital Strategy Roadmap.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 14+ years of related experience.

• Provide visionary leadership in agency-wide change management and communications planning.
