The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital advertising and client management, demonstrating the ability to inspire and mentor staff while delivering strategic insight to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years experience in digital advertising account management, marketing strategy/consulting.
• Strong client presence with experience at senior levels in enterprise organizations.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff.
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the senior point of contact for assigned client portfolio.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop digital strategies.
• Directly lead a team of 15-30 and provide strategic guidance.
