Job summary

MTA Construction & Development is seeking an Assistant Vice President Deputy Program Executive to lead the delivery of complex capital projects in the Stations area from planning through handover. The role reports to the Vice President Deputy Program Executive and requires coordinating with multiple departments, contractors, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will bring extensive program management experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive safety, quality, and on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering/construction/PM.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• Minimum 14 years of related experience.
• Minimum 10 years in management of construction programs or supervisory roles in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital and operating project delivery across the program.
• Provide leadership for cross-departmental capital/operating program management.
• Establish and maintain standards for data/network infrastructure projects.
• Mentor staff to enable delivery of complex capital projects.
• Coordinate activities with executives, staff, contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across program work.
