Job summary

Deloitte seeks an AVP for Cyber Detect and Respond to own delivery, strategy, and financial performance of managed SOC engagements. You will lead onshore and offshore teams to solve complex cybersecurity challenges and drive continuous improvement in detection and response capabilities.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in security monitoring, security engineering, or security analytics, including leading managed SOC or detection and response services.
10+ years of experience leading cybersecurity managed-services delivery, SOC operations, or transformation programs.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information security, mathematics, decision sciences, risk management, or related field.
Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end managed SOC delivery for assigned clients, including SLA performance and data protection.
Translate threat intelligence into detection logic, use cases, and client reporting; expand coverage for threats.
Set and execute roadmaps for Cyber Detect and Respond services, including SIEM modernization and SOAR capabilities.
Oversee onshore and offshore teams, including performance, development, and escalation management.
Own engagement financial performance, including margin, utilization, staffing, forecasting, and account planning.
