Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber Foundry seeks an Associate Vice President to lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements, driving strategy, delivery, and governance across geographies.

You will mentor Managers, leads, and analysts, partner with CSOs and CIOs, and help grow the practice through proposals, client interactions, and technology adoption while ensuring risk and security objectives are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SOC/Managed Security Services or Cyber Operations.
• 5+ years of people leadership across engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; willingness to travel ~50%.
• Security tech experience: SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, proxies, WAF, EDR/XDR, antivirus, firewalls, threat intel, and pen testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements, including delivery, forecasting, margins, resource planning, SLAs and governance.
• Serve as senior escalation point and trusted advisor to client CISOs, CIOs and other executives for incidents and strategic risk decisions.
• Set operational and technical strategy across security operations including incident response, endpoint/security, identity and access, and network security.
• Mentor and develop Managers, technical leads and analysts; oversee onboarding, transitions, reporting and escalation management.
• Drive practice growth through sales pursuits, RFPs, client presentations, vendor relationships and technology adoption.
