Qualifications

• 10+ years of security monitoring, security engineering, or security analytics experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading cybersecurity managed-services delivery or SOC operations with client delivery responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information security, mathematics, decision sciences, risk management, or engineering field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end managed Security Operations Center (SOC) delivery for assigned clients, ensuring SLAs, service quality, and data protection.
• Translate threat intelligence into detection logic, use cases, and client reporting; expand coverage for known and novel threats using UEBA and anomaly detection.
• Set and execute roadmaps for Cyber Detect and Respond services, including SIEM modernization and SOAR capabilities.
• Oversee onshore and offshore teams; manage performance, escalation, and complex incident investigations.
• Own engagement financial performance and governance, including margin, utilization, and account planning.
