L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty Division (LDB) seeks an AVP, Corporate Accounts in New York—a role based in Hudson Yards with three in-office days weekly. You will lead a national account team for SkinCeuticals and Skinbetter Science, develop strategic plans, and drive growth with major derm/spa networks.

You will negotiate contracts, align cross-functional partners, and ensure robust performance reporting and market insights to sustain profitability. Travel ~40% to steward key partnerships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading national account teams in aesthetics/pharma/skincare.
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar accounts and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and lead the Corporate Account Directors team.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans for top-tier national accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations, partnership planning, and JBRs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Business Development to drive programs.
• Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with field sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Understand partner business models and market trends.
• Drive forecasting, reporting, and quarterly performance reviews.
• Champion brand values and clinical positioning within partner networks.
