Job summary

The AVP, TikTok Shop at L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division – USA in New York, NY leads a growth-driven, data-informed team. You will own the TikTok Shop P&L, scale creator and affiliate ecosystems, and partner with Medical/Regulatory/Legal to navigate dermatology claims.

This role demands strategic vision, strong partnerships, and hands-on leadership across content, creator activation, and commerce. Hybrid in-office schedule, collaboration with global leaders, and a focus on compliant growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across Medical, Regulatory, and Legal functions.
Deep understanding of TikTok ecosystem, creator marketplaces, and affiliate management tools.
Strong analytical & organizational skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead channel strategy and growth for TikTok Shop across the LDB brand portfolio.
Own full P&L and GMV targets for LDB TikTok Shop.
Co-own end-to-end commercial responsibilities including forecasting and budgeting.
Manage fulfillment, inventory, and logistics with Sales Ops and Supply Chain.
Coordinate launch plans and calendar activity across brands.
