Job summary

L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Medical Communications to lead the CeraVe & Vichy professional marketing strategy, targeting dermatology, pediatrics and general practice. This role reports to the VP of Medical Communications and requires a strategic, results‑driven marketing leader with vaccine to launch experience.

Based at 10 Hudson Yards, NY, 3 days in office, national travel 25–30% and international 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the CeraVe/Merrcial professional marketing strategy for dermatology, pediatrics and family practice.
• Lead HCP marketing initiatives, including digital media partnerships and education materials.
• Oversee agency partnerships, ensure ROI and alignment with brand objectives.
• Provide weekly updates on objectives and performance to senior leadership.
• Plan and manage in-person and virtual congress activities and logistics.
