Job summary

Truity Credit Union is seeking an AVP, Core & Applications to provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the core banking platform, enterprise applications, automation, and AI-enabled technologies. You will lead the Applications staff, drive governance, and ensure security, reliability, and continuous improvement in partnership with business units.

Qualifications

Seven to ten years of related experience with at least three years in leadership or supervision.
Four-year college degree or equivalent required.
Experience with core banking platforms, business apps, automation, workflow, contact center, omnichannel communications, or process improvement in a financial institution preferred.
ITIL and PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across core banking platform and enterprise applications.
Lead Applications staff; supervise, coach, and develop team members.
Translate business objectives into technology roadmaps and implementation plans.
Oversee AI-enabled solutions with security, risk, and compliance alignment.
Ensure reliability, security, and performance of assigned platforms and services.
Coordinate releases, upgrades, and integrations with minimal disruption.
