Role Summary/Purpose:

Synchrony continues to build a world-class digital bank with smart savings products that help consumers prepare for their futures. Our Consumer Bank agile teams bring these products to life through all stages of the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product strategy and roadmap for Synchrony Bank’s native apps.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle including build, test, launch, and adoption.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to refine backlogs, plan iterations, and support releases.
• Define release scope and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitive insights, and user VOC to inform strategies and requirements.
• Manage operational functions such as defect triaging, employee education, user inquiries, and SLA issues.
• Ensure industry best practices for native app development and seamless user experience across iOS and Android.
• Monitor app analytics for continuous improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to prioritize features and manage the product backlog.
• Work with UX teams to create prototypes and wireframes.
• Monitor usage patterns with analytics teams.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on Confluence.
• Support legal and compliance activities related to the app.
• Assist with marketing campaigns including ads, offers, and promos.
• Enhance customer experience across the app and related services.
• Collaborate with Web Product Owners for a unified digital experience.
• Participate in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) processes.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 8+ years in digital marketing within the credit card industry.
• 4+ years in digital/web/mobile product management, preferably in financial services or a regulated environment.
• Must work East Coast hours.

Additional Details:

Salary Range: $90,000 - $155,000 USD annually, plus potential bonus. Compensation varies based on experience, skills, and market adjustments.
