JOB DESCRIPTION

One of Chubb's most advanced AI analytics products is seeking an Analytics Product Owner to help build, design, and deploy capabilities across multiple insurance products worldwide. This role involves working closely with executive stakeholders and analytics leadership to shape the future of digital underwriting. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced insurance data science professional to help define the future of analytics at our company.

Responsibilities

1. Create analytics solutions to improve efficiency in digital underwriting for various business units and insurance products.
2. Collaborate with senior executives to scope, manage, and deliver scalable AI assets.
3. Lead model reviews with senior stakeholders, effectively communicating complex models to business leadership.
4. Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and software engineers.
5. Develop integration roadmaps and identify dependencies in IT deployment systems.
6. Stay updated on industry trends related to data and analytics and explore new ideas through relevant forums.
7. Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding the project team on data sources, key trends, data limitations, problem scoping, and model assessment.
8. Represent the analytics team at training sessions and team meetings.
9. Coordinate with other Product Owners and Portfolio Managers on related projects and dependencies.
10. Prepare presentations for business and C-suite executives to showcase product capabilities and project progress.
