The role combines advanced compensation expertise with analytical rigor, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience with leadership exposure.
• Expertise in broad-based compensation frameworks, market pricing, and governance.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder influence without formal authority.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency with financial modeling skills.

• Own compensation strategy and delivery for assigned business areas.
• Advise business leaders and partners on complex compensation needs.
• Translate data and market trends into clear options and recommendations.
• Establish compensation governance for job architecture and pay structures.
• Lead design and management of broad-based compensation programs.
• Oversee annual merit and incentive planning and market benchmarking.
• Lead market pricing, job evaluation, and governance across portfolios.
• Analyze data to provide insights on cost, risk and outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal to ensure adoption and readiness.
• Develop tools and education to strengthen compensation capability.
