You will partner with business leaders to deliver market insights and influence talent decisions that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will lead compensation projects, annual planning, pay structure reviews, and career framework work, presenting analyses to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR consulting, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to serve as the primary compensation consultant for assigned business areas.
• Deliver market pricing and competitive analyses using survey data and industry benchmarks.
• Lead or support enterprise and business-specific compensation initiatives, including annual planning and job evaluation.
• Prepare clear, decision-focused analyses and presentations for senior leaders and executive reviews.
• Educate and influence leaders, HR partners, and employees on compensation philosophy and policies.
