Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting support functions and operational strategies for Commercial Lines.
• Collaborate with underwriting leadership, technology, HR, and Learning & Development to enable operational excellence.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes through execution and change management.
• Develop leaders and associates through coaching, succession planning, and performance development.
• Establish and monitor operational performance metrics and oversee change governance.
