The role blends client experience leadership with revenue growth, connecting treasury partners, coverage, and clients to deepen relationships and drive wallet expansion.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in client management roles.
• Relevant treasury/cash management experience.
• Understanding of treasury products across cash, cards, and trade.
• Knowledge of client operating procedures and transaction service needs.

Responsibilities

• Own client sentiment and VoC to drive satisfaction goals.
• Lead health check cadences with client contacts and decision makers.
• Host proactive client experience reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of the client's business to strengthen relationships.
• Serve as senior point of contact and remove barriers.
• Drive 30+ client interactions per month across portfolios.
• Surface incremental opportunities and lead add-on deals.
• Execute monthly sentiment checks and revenue growth targets.
