Job summary

Citi Amsterdam is seeking a qualified Client Manager - AVP to deliver onboarding, service coordination, and credit management for multinational clients. The role focuses on building strong client relationships across Citi’s Global Network Banking platform in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in client management within financial services, fluent English, and preferably Dutch language skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client management or a related role within the financial services industry.
• Sound Banking and Services product knowledge and understanding of operational processes and KYC/AML regulatory requirements.
• Relevant experience in managing credit requests, monitoring credit lines, and coordinating with internal credit teams.
• Proven track record of resolving client issues, managing escalations, and improving operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with client representatives.
• Support SAMs, RAMs, and PAMs in origination activities and identify low-complexity opportunities.
• Manage credit requests in coordination with internal teams and monitor credit lines.
• Own end-to-end onboarding experience from CRM requests to post-implementation follow-up.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client escalations and track feedback.
