Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an Assistant Vice President to provide end-to-end support for investment client financial statements, schedules, and mandatory regulatory reporting. The role requires coordinating with global teams, maintaining client relationships, and delivering timely reviews across US/APAC/EMEA time zones.

The ideal candidate has strong governance, risk management, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Economics or equivalent experience preferred.
• CA/CPA/ACCA or similar credentials are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS highly valued.
• 14+ years of experience in mutual funds/hedge funds financial reporting and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure timely service delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day team management and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent service and risk controls.
• Lead regulatory reporting for statements, Form N-MFP, etc.
• Implement standard practices and drive process improvements.
• Identify hiring, promotions and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain regulatory filings and risk management controls.
