Job summary

State Street is seeking an Assistant Vice President in the U.S. Proposals Management team. You will manage the end-to-end process of creating accurate, high-quality RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for institutional clients.

Join a global asset manager renowned for investment research, ESG and index products. You will work with Sales, investment teams, and subject matter experts to deliver tailored responses under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

5–10 years’ experience in asset management and/or RFP writing.
Graduate or above, preferably with finance specialization.
Proficient editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong project management, analytical thinking, and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and produce high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for assigned asset classes.
Host kickoff calls with Sales and subject matter experts to discuss scope and deadlines.
Populate questionnaires with responses from the RFP database and internal data resources.
Review and tailor bespoke responses for non-standard questions to client requirements.
Proofread drafts to ensure a coherent narrative and compelling messaging.
Organize final documents for submission and ensure all instructions are followed.
Mentor junior team members and review peers' work for quality.
Collaborate on projects to improve proposal management efficiency.
