Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an AVP, Client Service Manager in Plainview, NY. You will serve as a strategic partner and primary relationship manager for a select group of Sales Advisors/Producers, coordinating client service across Commercial Property & Casualty and driving satisfaction, growth, and retention.

You’ll leverage deep knowledge of commercial insurance to support the team, guide service delivery, and collaborate across internal partners.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher preferred.
• Master's degree desirable.
• Property & Casualty Broker's License required.
• CPCU or P&C designation preferred.
• 8+ years of industry/product-line experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Leadership: lead coordination across Advisors’ portfolios and ensure alignment of objectives and service delivery.
• Manage client planning, identify risks, growth initiatives, and renewal opportunities.
• Participate in executive-level meetings and renewal strategy sessions with Producers.
• Understand each client’s business to anticipate needs and propose solutions.
• Act as bridge between Producers and Account Service teams for ongoing client support.
