Job summary

State Street is seeking an AVP, Client Service and Operations Support for the Managed Account Servicing group in Berwyn, PA. This role supports outsourced servicing for institutional asset and wealth managers, focusing on growth, scale, and efficiency in the US market.

You will handle daily SMA tasks, monthly performance activities, and issue resolution, while helping design workflows, test plans, and system integrations with CRIMS/Charles River IMS.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset servicing, preferably with wealth management or managed accounts.
• Defined requirements related to system integration, workflow design, and business processes.
• Charles River IMS or securities trading software experience is preferred.
• Subject matter expertise in transaction management, reconciliations and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Daily SMA operational tasks supporting multiple clients (reconciliations, account setup, reporting requirements).
• Monthly performance activities including data checks and reconciliations.
• Research and resolution of complex monthly performance issues.
• Development and execution of test plans for client upgrades and enhancements.
• Adoption of AI to support growth and scale.
• CRM/CRIMS implementation support for compliance and workflow design.
