Job summary

State Street in Massachusetts is seeking an AVP, Client Service and Operations Support for the Managed Account Servicing business. The role focuses on outsourced servicing for institutional asset and wealth managers offering managed accounts to affluent clients and family trusts.

You will support daily SMA operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate across teams to scale and improve efficiency. A strong background in asset servicing, system integration, and data quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on business-builder with asset servicing background and wealth management/managed accounts experience.
• Proven ability to define business requirements related to system integration, workflow design, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Daily SMA operational tasks supporting multiple clients (e.g., daily/weekly reconciliations, new account setup, reporting requirements).
• Monthly performance activities including checking data integrity and reconciliations to second source performance calculation.
• Research and resolution of non-routine issues related to monthly performance; develop and execute test plans for client upgrades and enhancements.
• Adopt AI to support growth and scale; develop and maintain procedures; assist with CRIMS implementation for compliance.
• Define requirements, test, and design workflows for existing and new clients in a multi-tenant wealth platform; manage multiple project plans.
