Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking a Client Manager for Investment Software (AVP) in New York, NY. You will manage a book of Charles River IMS accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic alignment and trusted advisory services.

You will lead onsite engagements, build senior-level relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and identify revenue opportunities while staying current on market trends in Asset Management, Front-Office, and related disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience within the Financial Services / Software industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills including the ability to articulate issues, options and resolutions.
• Ability to travel to client sites 20% – 40% per calendar year.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a book of Charles River IMS accounts with high-touch engagement, onsite visits, status calls and executive engagements.
• Develop relationships with senior client personnel to understand client strategy and CRD alignment.
• Maintain communication with internal account teams and Alpha business units to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify and foster revenue opportunities including additional modules and services.
• Stay informed on investment management market trends relevant to CRD and its client base.
