Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Associate Vice President of Client Implementation to lead and scale our implementation services. This role drives operational excellence, oversees end-to-end client onboarding, and partners with senior leadership to ensure high quality, timely delivery and client satisfaction.

The AVP will mentor the implementation team, collaborate with regional sales, manage multiple projects, and guide resource planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5–7 years related experience preferred.
• 4+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Experience with PrismHR.
• CRM tools proficiency and basic data analysis.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and, when necessary, directly execute complex client implementations to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the Client Implementation team, driving development and performance management.
• Maintain partnerships with Regional Sales Leaders, reviewing pipeline and forecasts to allocate resources effectively.
• Act as second-level escalation point for client issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with VP to assign new clients within regions and ensure onboarding success.
• Support new hire screening, onboarding, and training while leading coaching sessions.
• Participate in leadership meetings and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
• Oversee multiple concurrent implementation projects and align with service standards.
• Manage escalations and resolve complex implementation issues.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status and risk.
• Help communicate and implement organizational changes impacting processes.
• Step in for VP during absences to maintain continuity.
