Job summary

Citi seeks a seasoned Private Banker Support professional to drive onboarding processes, partner with Sales and KYC teams, and ensure accurate documentation for client openings in New York. The role emphasizes risk awareness, regulatory compliance, and excellent client service in a fast-paced wealth management context.

The position requires 5–8 years of experience in financial services, with FINRA certifications or the ability to obtain them within 150 days, and a strong focus on client

Responsibilities

• Applies specialized onboarding knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data, identifying issues and defining business needs.
• Partners with sales teams and internal partners to fulfill client requests while maintaining constant communication and delivering high service levels.
• Ensures all documentation is current, accurate, and complete, fulfilling requests promptly.
• Supports clients navigating KYC/onboarding and account opening processes while evaluating moderately complex issues with potential impact.
• Demonstrates subject matter expertise to influence decisions and supports peer training and development.
• Assesses and escalates risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and safeguarding Citi's reputation and assets.
