Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is hiring a Client Experience Associate SAFE ACT - AVP to optimize onboarding and client interactions in a hybrid Washington, DC setting. The role partners with sales and internal teams (KYC, account opening, product) to fulfill client requests and ensure top-tier service across onboarding and monitoring activities.

The candidate should have 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or 63 & 65)

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to manage internal/external relationships.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or 63 & 65) required or obtained within 150 days.

Responsibilities

• Apply onboarding knowledge to monitor, analyze, and evaluate processes and data.
• Collaborate with sales, KYC, account opening, and product teams to fulfill client requests.
• Deliver high-level customer service and teamwork while maintaining documentation.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and regulations; escalate issues when needed.
