Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Beverly Hills is seeking a seasoned Private Banker Support professional to optimize onboarding, KYC, and account-opening processes. You will coordinate with sales and product partners, ensuring accurate documentation and strong client service.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, adherence to regulations, and collaboration across internal teams to support Citi's Private Client Coverage. A 5–8 year background and FINRA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) certifications, or to be obtained within 150 days.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and coordinate with KYC, Account Opening and product teams to fulfill client requests.
• Assess onboarding processes, monitor data quality, identify policy gaps and make recommendations.
• Provide high-level client service, manage multiple deadlines, and escalate risks appropriately.
• Support training and development of peers while ensuring regulatory compliance.
