Job summary

Citi in Dallas seeks a seasoned professional to apply in-depth knowledge to improve onboarding processes and client experiences within Banking, Credit and Investments. You will collaborate with sales, KYC, onboarding and product partners to fulfill client requests, monitor data quality, and escalate risk when needed.

This role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration and delivering high service levels to complex clients. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or financial services preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities required.
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships with care.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle deadlines.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65) certifications or to be obtained within 150 days.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialized onboarding knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data.
• Partners with sales and internal teams (KYC, Account Opening, product) to fulfill client requests with clear communication.
• Ensures documentation is current, accurate, and complete.
• Supports clients through KYC/onboarding and account opening, addressing moderately complex issues.
• Demonstrates expertise, informs decisions, and supports training of peers.
• Assesses risk and escalates issues to comply with laws and protect Citi's reputation.
